Good location, over-looking the park. 20 mins walk down to the main centre for restaurants - uphill coming home!! Balcony was small but enough room for 2 chairs - no outside furniture provided, but we used the chairs in the room!
Very small bathroom, but clean.
Our room was at the front, and the road is quite a busy one - so a bit noisy at night with the windows open, so air-con was useful!
Good breakfast buffet. Nice bar / lounge area for drinks or coffee.
Top Tip:
Lisbon is not for the faint hearted - very steep hills!! But very easy and cheap to get around, good trams, metro, taxi and train services. But if you like walking, there's plenty of it!!
Beautiful city, lots to see and do. Some good places to eat, inexpensive food and wine. Try and get a table at the Buenes Airis Cafe - you'll need to book (or wait) for a table outside, but worth it for the atmosphere. Get there before 8.30pm otherwise you'll have a very long wait!
Try to fit in a day at the coast - not Estril as there's nothing there except a casino. Suggest getting off the train at Estril (plenty of beach front cafes) and walking the 20 mins aong the beach pathway to Cascais - a lovely little town. Trains very cheap and easy to use.
Would certainly recommend Lisbon for a 3 - 4 day city break.
