Walking distance of city centre or easy Metro ride. Also close to tour bus routes. No dinner in Hotel but enough restaurants within walking distance; breakfast good.

Top Tip:
For a two day stay, get a Carris tour bus pass for 'hop on, hop off' travel to Belem and trips on trams - also valid on Aerobus.
