Excellent breakfast, friendly & helpful staff, central location.
Top Tip
See the castle, go on a tram, have piri piri chicken or seafood. Be careful of pickpockets (same as any city).

This is a nice clean hotel in a good location - close to attractions but on a quiet side street. The buffet breakfast was excellent with such a wide range to choose from.
Top Tip
If you get the bus from the airport then take directions to the hotel with you; we had a bit of trouble finding the street with just an address and a map.

A total contrast to the large business hotels nowadays. 10/15 mins walk from main tourist area. Lovely bar and lobby areas for relaxing. Staff very helpful re restaurants, trains etc. No tea/coffee in rooms. No noise problems though just off main street.
Top Tip
Sacramento restaurant is fab and full of atmosphere. Take a day trip to Cascais. Taxis really cheap so worth taking one up to castle and walking down. Beware pickpockets in crowded areas.

Great hotel, great staff, lovely bedroom and bathroom both very clean. Excellent location!
Breakfast slightly disapponting- cooked food was poor quality and not a nice taste- the staff also took away our glasses of orange juice and didn't replace them.
Poor breakfast staff but all other staff were great.
Good location- lots to do!

Good position for walking lisbon close to main centre.
Clean well kept hotel and friendly staff. Highly recommended.
Top Tip
A great City to explore by foot, bus, tram and train. A visit to Sintra is a must. Most restaurants are good and easily walkable from the hotel.

Room furniture a little faded and old. Bathroom good but no air extraction system. Breakfast expensive.

Excellent boutique hotel, ideally situated for bus and metro services, easy walking distance from Bairo Alto and Chiado districts. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast but limited restaurant facilities. No 'turn down' service.
Top Tip
Wonderful steak restaurant:
La Brasserie de L'Entrecote: Rua do Alecrim (metro Baixa-Chiado)
Don't miss the Gulbenkian Museum
